For some reason there is no sound on this webinar. Is it me or the recording?

I am sorry you are encountering technical difficulties with the recording. I tested the recording, and the sound and video seem to be working well. Please try refreshing your browser or re-entering with a different browser, as sometimes the audio and video will not sync properly the first time. Also, hover your mouse over the presenter’s image and make sure there are no red slashes through the volume tools.

Tried with another browser and had the same problem. Not sure what’s going on there. I then skipped ahead in the video and the sound and visual of the presenter came on. I went back to the beginning and all was good.
