Our Summer 2015 webinar series will be an opportunity to explore new uses for familiar manipulatives, as well as a look at new tools to add to your toolkit. In this edWeb.net webinar presented by the Building Understanding in Mathematics community, Dr. Sara Delano Moore shared manipulatives to use to develop geometric measurement skills, particularly focusing on area and perimeter and angle measure in intermediate grades. Sara also explored developing conceptual foundations for critical geometric measurement skills.
