Bullying is an epidemic, and one of the biggest challenges facing educators today.  This problem is not going away, and the damage inflicted takes many forms – loss of instructional time, increased “drama” on campus, distracted students, and teen suicides.  New legislation in many states is making it easier for parents of bullied students to sue their child’s school.  Join Shannon Holden as he examines the bullying epidemic, and gives strategies to reduce bullying behaviors and protect educators legally.
