I am an individual teacher. How do I subscribe to edWeb.TV?
Individuals can sign up for a subscription to edWeb.TV, including unlimited access to over 1,000 webinars, for only $4.49 a month. Click here to subscribe as an individual and pay by credit card.
How do I earn a certificate after I view the webinar?
If you are viewing an edWebinar from your Mac or PC, a link to earn your certificate will appear at the end of the webinar. The link will read ‘Click here to earn your CE certificate!’ That link will redirect you to a brief quiz. Once you complete and pass the quiz, your certificate will appear on the screen. You will then have the option to download or print the
If you are viewing an edWebinar from a mobile device, the link will not appear at the end of the video. However, this link can be found just underneath the webinar description in the video post. It should read ‘Earn your CE Certificate – Click here to take the quiz.’ Once your certificate is generated, we recommend printing it via a wireless printer or emailing it to yourself. You will not be able to obtain the certificate again without re-taking the quiz.
Can I attend a live edWebinar?

How long will payment take to process?
Once you have submitted your credit card information, you will be charged immediately. The time is takes for your bank statement to reflect this charge may vary. The charge may appear immediately or it may appear within a few days, depending on how your bank operates.
Will my subscription auto-renew each month?
Yes, your account will be charged at the beginning of the next billing cycle, which will begin on the date that you originally signed up. For example, if you signed up on June 7th, 2015 (6/7/15) you will be charged again on July 7th, 2015 (7/7/15).
How do I suspend/cancel my subscription?
To suspend/cancel your subscription, you must first log into your account. Once you are logged in, click on the orange ‘My Account’ button in the top-right corner of the edWeb.TV home page. The option to suspend/cancel your subscription can be found under the ‘Action’ column in the ‘Manage Subscription’ section. If you would like to continue using edWeb.TV at a later date, we recommend suspending your account. You will not be charged while your account is suspended and you can log in and re-activate your account whenever you would like.
How do I edit personal information?
Log into your account. Click on the orange ‘My Account’ button in the top-right corner of the edWeb.TV home page. You can edit your personal information and change your password from the ‘Update your profile’ section. Once you are finished, click on the ‘Save Changes’ button.
